Today, the Vermont Golf Association is the authoritative body for golf in the state of Vermont representing more than 8,600 amateur golfers and 62 golf clubs in the state.

The Quechee Club

The Quechee Club courses were originally designed by golf course architect, Geoffrey Cornish andrestored in 2012,  following Tropical Storm Irene by the well-known, Brian Silva. Appropriately named Lakeland and Highland, each course offers a unique golf experience. The Lakeland course is well known for its panoramic views and holes that meander along the Ottaquechee River’s edge. The Highland course offers more challenging play with varying hillside elevations.
